your justification is that its not ok for AMS to copy or sell a similar item because the "niche z32 parts developer" who R&D Z parts are not billionaires but if they were then it would be ok??? Because to me that's basically what you're saying which is if you're rich and already made enough money off your original product and that product gets copied too bad because you're already filthy rich. But if you're broke Joe pushing his products out of a back alley garage and the product is copied oh no what a shame - we cant have that!! I don't know about you but if I'm the ratchet guy I'd still be pissed and want my money. It doesn't matter if a billionaire company copies another billionaire's product or if a billionaire copies a back alley shop's product or if a broke joe copies another broke joe's product. Its all the same its still copying and someone is losing money in the cut of the product in retail competition. In a perfect world having a monopoly is great and you'll be rich like Bill Gates, but even then there are competition laws to enforce strict restriction laws on monopolies.
